Corporate Governance

Corporate Governance relates to the activities of the members of the Board of Directors, and individuals charged by the Board with the day-to-day management of the company.  That means  ensuring the company’s activities comply with the laws and regulations of each jurisdiction where the company operates. Corporate governance also includes adhering to established industry standards.  New Age Farm considers good corporate governance to be central to the effective, and efficient operation of the Company.

The Board is elected by, and accountable to, the company’s shareholders.

Who are elected by and accountable to the shareholders, and takes into account the role of the individual members of management who are appointed by the Board, and charged with the day-to-day management of the Company.  The Board and senior management consider good corporate governance to be central to the effective and efficient operation of the Company.
