New Age Farm has two farming campuses ready to customize for its tenant-growers. Because new entrants into farming face major challenges, New Age Farm’s environmentally green agri-campuses will provide them with everything they need to start growing crops.

New growers face many entry barriers including the cost and availability of land, building infrastructure, acquiring specialized equipment and the commercial cost of resources such as water and electricity. They also face a large income gap between planting and harvest and must be concerned with sustainability and environmental issues.

New Age Farm provides ready-to-grow facilities that provide full services to its tenant-growers from seed to sale, all included in a single lease agreement.

New Age Farm’s agricultural land bank provides the ideal solution for these new tenant-growers with bespoke, sustainable turnkey operations at our Langley, BC and Sumas, WA campuses. Both these sites are prime agricultural, zoned for agribusiness, currently have tenants and are ideal for New Age Farm’s turnkey operations.
