The Sumas, Washington Campus is the first property in New Age Farm’s US land bank portfolio. Located in an established agricultural area, the property spans 2.69 acres and is home to 6700 square feet of existing agricultural buildings. The property is zoning ready, with ample room to expand and host up to 10 tenant-growers in our specialty built targeted-purpose turnkey facility.
Our Tenant-Grower Leases
We have signed two leases with tenant-growers, who will move in as soon as their custom turnkey build-out is completed, planned for the 2015. Site preparations have begun at the Sumas Campus and New Age Farm will keep stakeholders up to date as the project progresses.
The inaugural tenant-growers are typical of the clients who will lease our turnkey solutions. We expect our facilities will attract tenant-growers who wish to operate as an agricultural production and processing operation, producing and processing products for sale to retail locations. New Age Farm’s full-service campus will provide all the infrastructure needed to take their product from seed to sale.
